Welcome to Workwing! These Terms of Services ("Terms") govern your use of the Workwing website at www.workwing.co (the "Site") and any services provided through the Site. By accessing or using the Site and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site and services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Site.

2. Services Provided

Workwing provides a platform to connect individuals and businesses seeking virtual assistant services with qualified virtual assistants. Our services include, but are not limited to:

1. Facilitating the matching of clients with virtual assistant profiles.
2. Processing one-time payments for access to VA profiles and related support.
3. Providing communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp) for client-VA interaction.

Workwing acts as an intermediary and does not directly employ the virtual assistants. The engagement and terms of service between the client and the virtual assistant are separate agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

For Clients:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting VA services.
• You are responsible for evaluating and selecting the virtual assistant that best fits your needs.
• You agree to make timely payments for the services you purchase.
• You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally with virtual assistants and Workwing staff.

For Virtual Assistants:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering as a VA.
• You are responsible for the quality and timeliness of the services you provide to clients.
• You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and Workwing staff.
• You acknowledge that Workwing is not your employer and you are an independent contractor.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for Workwing's services are one-time fees as specified on our packages page. We use secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor. Workwing does not store your full payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Workwing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Workwing makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or services, including but not to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workwing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Workwing, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or services, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
